Harbourgreene Consulting Inc. helps utilities, governments, program administrators, and industry partners make better decisions about energy. Founded in 2016 and marking ten years in 2026, the firm brings together engineering analysis, management consulting, and practical climate solutions — grounded in more than twenty years of hands-on energy management and utility program experience.

We work at the point where technical detail meets business reality. That might mean sizing a market for a new heat pump program, stress-testing a demand-side management portfolio, mapping the risks in a decarbonization roadmap, or turning a complex technical scope into something a procurement team can actually act on. The analysis is rigorous; the recommendations are written to be used.

Harbourgreene stays deliberately small. We take on roughly five to ten projects a year so that every client works directly with senior expertise rather than a handoff chain. Clients tell us the value is in the combination — the depth of an engineer, the framing of a strategist, and the clarity of a writer who knows the audience.

We are selective about who we work with, in both directions. Our partner network is small by design — subcontractors, engineers, and specialists we have worked alongside for years and would recommend without hesitation. We apply the same standard to clients.
