Paul Willis, P. Eng., CMVP, Principal at Surplus Energy Match Inc. (former Owner and Principal of Willis Energy Services
“Christine was the Project Manager for a large, complex Conservation Potential project in which I was responsible for providing input with respect to the Industrial sector. There were a number of consulting firms involved and many BC Hydro internal groups. Christine struck an excellent balance between maintaining tight timelines and budgets while striving to produce a quality project. The end result was study that provided the key background and justification for one of the best energy efficiency programs in the North American utility sector.”
