Building Support for Home Performance

For over 5 years, Harbourgreene supported the scoping, incorporation, development and growth of a not-for-profit society working to advance supply and demand for quality residential retrofit services that focus on single-family whole-home energy performance in BC. We developed relationships within the home retrofit industry and then worked in close collaboration on advocacy, market growth, capacity building, and quality workmanship. Harbourgreene also led strategic planning, project management, fund raising, society management and operations. Harbourgreene facilitated a transition to a Managing Director and Staff and remains connected as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.
